LPA Visit

An LPA will come to your establishment to carry out the required assessments and checks, and give you advice and action points for you to ensure your clinic is up to industry standard. You will only need one on-site visit per year. The remaining time you will have unlimited support should you need any Laser Safety advice or guidence.

An LPA visit will include the following:

- 1 x on-site visit (for one device/one treatment room)*
- Risk Assessment
- Local Rules
- Certificate of LPA visit, valid for 12 months
- Email access to LPA for duration of Certificate
- Includes all travelling time and expenses
- Put you in contact with an EMP for protocols (if required by your council)

£500

*Please note this service is for one device/treatment room only. Any additional devices or treatment rooms are charged at an additional price as seen below

LPA Additional Device/Room

A site visit and report will need to be made per device and per treatment room. Any additional equipment you bring into the clinic from your initial LPA visit will need to be inspected and documented in accordance to safety standards. This is valid for 12 months and requires to be carried out yearly. This service includes:

- Assessment of additional device/treatment room including all above services
- Includes all travelling time and expenses

£250 (per additional room/device)
